The Founder
Andiswa’s Kitchen is founded by Andiswa Skweza, a self-taught home Cook and Baker ( she’s not a Chef). She self-taught how to cook and bake from an early age of 7\8yrs old – by observing her mother and uncle in the kitchen when they prepared food. Since then, she has found that anything involving food, hosting family and friends gives me great joy, and this absolutely stems from her voracious appetite as a child. Nowadays, if she’s not eating, she’s thinking about the next meal to make, when she’s not thinking about food, she’s reading and researching about food. As she says: “I cannot think of anything that gives me greater joy and pleasure than cooking for family and friends. Food manages to bring people together, in a way that few other things cannot. Sitting around a table with loved ones, sharing stories and interacting over a delicious meal is particularly important to me – because I truthfully see and experience food as a medium of communication.”

Only sold online and delivered nationwide. - Our clothing Items are only sold online and delivered nationwide. - Private Catering and Children Cooking Classes, are subject to COVID-19 government rules as we do in house calls.
