Inspired by Asian and Tropical flavours, this coconut sauce has the enhanced coconut sweet taste, and the heat of chillies, but unlike the Hangover Sauce, the heat in this sauce is mild and not overwhelming, it can best appreciated with prawns, fried chicken, burgers and grilled anything.
