Cooking is an art, like any form of art, it needs time to hone and patience to get there. It’s crazy that some people expect others to just know how, and yes, in contrary some people are born with the passion to cook, and some have to do it because they got to eat.

Just because everybody got to eat, it doesn’t mean that we must just eat anything for the sake of eating. With a little bit of effort in cooking, basic meals can be made brilliant and eating becomes a pleasure, a treat each time.
